They say that a 3 second tweak by the photographer will save you 3 hours in photoshop. Well, a 3 second tweak by a videographer will save you 36 hours in after effects.
If you ever hear someone say "don't worry, your-name can fix that in post-production," just go ahead and punch them in the face.

Ever notice how magic the word "photoshop" is to the non-designing population? Don't get me wrong, it IS magic (potentially), but people just don't get how much effort and research and time things take. I'm definitely nowhere near a photoshop wiz, but it seems like the world at large is of the opinion that all you have to do is open photoshop and *poof*, anything can be created and/or modified even if it's well beyond the scope of the original pixels. Funny how much of a buzzword it has become.
